About EAMC 2018

Be a part of "The World of Advanced Materials" @EAMC 2018. 1000+ Delegates from 100+ Countries meeting in 50+ Sessions, Symposiums & Exhibition.

European Advanced Materials Congress (EAMC) is a principal annual international conference in the field of advanced materials science and technology organized by the International Association of Advanced Materials (IAAM), Institute of Advanced Materials and VBRI Sverige AB in the city of Nobel Prize, Stockholm, Sweden during 20 - 23 August 2018.

The purpose of 20th assembly of advanced materials congress series is to bring together innovative academics and industrial professionals to a common forum for scientific and technological exchange on the imminent advances in the advanced materials and technology.

The primary objective of the congress is to be exploring the advancement of materials in energy, environment, healthcare and new age technology, while also enlightening the novel approaches in materials design, synthesis and evaluating their sustainability towards technology and the secondary goal is to promote scientific and translational research and innovations, technology developments and information interchange between researchers, engineers, students, and industry working globally. The emphasis on new, largely unpublished research and innovations will make this conference a leading platform for scientific and technological exchange on the imminent advances in the advanced materials and technology.

EAMC 2018 is to provide a global platform for researchers and engineers coming from academia and industry to present their research results and activities in the field of fundamental and interdisciplinary research in materials science and technology. The congress brings together the professors, researchers, scientists, business giants, and technocrats to offer an international platform for the dissemination of original research results, new, ideas and practical development and discover advances in the field of advanced materials and related interdisciplinary topics.

The congress will run with following parallel symposia:
  1. Nano Energy: This symposium will provide a platform for scientists in the related fields for exchange scientific information, building relationships, and possibly establishing collaborations.
  2. Global Graphene ForumForum covering the latest technology developments, applications, commercialization progress and end-user requirements and challenges or Graphene and related 2D Materials.
  3. Growth of Carbon NanomaterialsThis session strives to improve the quality of as-grown carbon nanomaterials in an effort to harvest the full potential of 2D materials and nanotubes through the progressive understanding of their synthesis. Thus, defect-free graphene and carbon nanotubes with specific chirality and properties, with controlled interfaces to metals and other materials, are sought. This effort will help take device fabrication from the laboratories to mass production in commercial products.
  4. Graphene Interfacing Biological SystemsWe invite papers on graphene bio-applications, bio-functionalization and biosensors from cutting-edge experimental work, theoretical studies and computer modeling. Particular focus will be put on investigating the interface between large-area highly-crystalline graphene and cells, proteins, molecules. The aims of this symposium are: (i) to discuss the possible applications of large-area graphene in the bio-realm; (ii) to stimulate interactions between material scientists and biologists working in the field; (iii) to move towards a fast advancement of bio-applications of graphene.
  5. Coating Materials TechnologyThe Conference is intended to provide an opportunity to get together, to exchange information and ideas, to promote stimulus discussions and collaborations among participants and furthermore to foster young researchers and students.
  6. Advanced Materials InnovationsThe market for materials is changing from raw materials supply to innovation procurement concepts. The modern world creates a dynamic and fast moving market. The challenge in making the business from advanced materials is a new avenue for researchers, academia as well as for societal and political stakeholders.
