Be part of "The World of Advanced Materials" @EAMC 2017. 800+ Delegates from 70+ Countries meeting in 40+ Sessions, Symposiums & Exhibition.
European Advanced Materials Congress (EAMC) is a principal annual international conference in the field organised by International Association of Advanced Materials and VBRI Press AB during 22 - 24 August 2017, Stockholm, Sweden.
The goal of EAMC 2017 is to provide a global platform for researchers and engineers coming from academia and industry to present their research results and activities in the field of fundamental and interdisciplinary research of materials science and technology. The congress brings together the professors, researchers, scientists, business giants, and technocrats to offer an international platform for the dissemination of original research results, new ideas and practical development and discover advances in the field of advanced materials and related interdisciplinary topics.
The congress will run with following parallel conferences and symposiums:
Diabetes World Summit: The global summit is comprised of invited speakers, oral and poster sessions on the Diabetes including latest advancements, cutting-edge research, global status and market.
European Drug Delivery & Formulation Summit: The sessions are dedicated on the technology and systems in the drug delivery, different routes and methods of administration, nanomedicine, peptide, gene and protein delivery, pharmaceutical devices and their developments, and major challenges in drug delivery research and markets.
European Sensors & Actuators Summit: The sessions are dedicated on the technology and systems in the sensors, actuators, microsystems and their developments, and major challenges in research & developments and markets.
European Biotechnology Forum: The forum aims to bring together the professors, researchers, scientists, business giants, and technocrats to offer an international platform for the dissemination of original research results, new ideas and practical development and discover advances in the field of biotechnology, management and education in relation to biotechnology as well as a breadth of other topics.
European Microfluidics and Nanofluidics Summit: The summit aims to provide a forum to promote scientific exchanges including fundamental understandings and technological developments, discuss the most recent innovations and to foster global networks and collaborative ties between leading international micro and nano- fluidics researchers across various disciplines from engineering, physics, chemistry, biology, medicine, material science and biotechnology.
Nanogenerators and Piezotronics: This symposium aims to advance fundamental understandings and technological development of nanogenerators, and the coupling between piezoelectric polarization and semiconductor behaviors and functionalities.
Global Graphene Forum: Forum covering the latest technology developments, applications, commercialization progress and end user requirements and challenges or Graphene and related 2D Materials.
Growth of Carbon Nanomaterials Symposium: This session strives to improve the quality of as-grown carbon nanomaterials in an effort to harvest the full potential of 2D materials and nanotubes through the progressive understanding of their synthesis. Thus, defect free graphene and carbon nanotubes with specific chirality and properties, with controlled interfaces to metals and other materials, are sought. This effort will help take device fabrication from the laboratories to mass production in commercial products.
Graphene Interfacing Biological Systems Symposium: We invite papers on graphene bio-applications, bio-functionalization and biosensors from cutting edge experimental work, theoretical studies and computer modeling. Particular focus will be put on investigating the interface between large-area highly-crystalline graphene and cells, proteins, molecules. The aims of this symposium are: (i) to discuss the possible applications of large-area graphene in the bio-realm; (ii) to stimulate interactions between material scientists and biologists working in the field; (iii) to move towards a fast advancement of bio-applications of graphene.
Excellent speakers from industry and academia. It is a series of advanced materials cruise event where eight international symposiums are hosted in the single vessel. We explore interdisciplinary connections with areas of advanced materials.
There is chance to visit Nobel museum and two Scandinavian capital cities.
Access to all parallel events in a single registration fee.
The Advanced Materials Laureate, European Advanced Materials Award, IAAM Medal, IAAM Scientist and Young Scientist awards will be privileged by the International Association of Advanced Materials.
Amazing experience of cruise hospitality and visit two capital cities of Scandinavia, not to mention the beautiful views you will experience of the Stockholm archipelago on sunny summer days and beautiful long and light evenings.
